The scientific cure for a Flat Upper Chest.

The flat bench press can be a great chest builder, but it mainly focuses on sternal head of yer pec major that is the mid/lower chest fibers.



Incline can be a solution, but it really does not do this much.

To get optimum results, we can apply the 1.5 method to incline allowing to perform a heavy multipoint movement in its full range of motion and at the same time placing more tension in the range of motion where upper pecs activate the most.
