Hi Guys, I am Siddharth Pokharna, an Indore based Fitness Professional. With 10+ years of experience in training and updating my knowledge continuously  , I have transformed many lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.

My commitment towards my goals keeps me focused until I have achieved the set target. I believe in helping people accomplish their dreams of a healthy and fit personality by sharing my knowledge acquired over the years in the gym, at a seminar or just a conversation.

This Crossfit workout routine consists of two different plans

  • Three Day ON and One Day OFF workouts.

  • Five Day ON and Two Day OFF Workout
    Each workout emphasizes a different part of the body or fitness goal.
